Crispy Zucchini Chips

This baked zucchini chips recipe is a must make! Zucchini recipes are on the rise and for good reason. These zucchini chips are a healthy snack that doesn’t even taste like one. Cook Time: 1 Hour

Serves: 3

Ingredients:

  • 1 Large Zucchini

  • 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1/2 tsp Salt, Garlic Powder, and Paprika

Directions:

  1. Slice 1 Zucchini into super fine chips.

  2. Toss the chips in a bowl with 1/2 tbsp olive oil and 1/2 tsp salt, garlic powder and paprika mixed together.

  3. Line baking pan with parchment paper and spread out chips.

  4. Bake at 250 f for one hour or until lightly brown and crispy!
