Healthy Kodiak Cakes Recipe: Blueberry Banana Pancakes!

Here’s a super simple recipe to make to-die-for blueberry banana pancakes using Kodiak Cakes . We recently got our hands on some of their pancake mix. Kodiak Cakes makes high protein breakfast food mixes. While they don’t need the blueberry and banana to be delicious, we figured it couldn’t hurt ;)

Blueberry Banana Pancake Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups of Kodiak Cakes Pancake Mix 1 ripe banana, smashed

1/4 cup fresh blueberries

1 cup water

How to make Kodiak Cakes Banana Blueberry Pancakes:

  1. Add the mix and water to a glass bowl.

  2. Whisk into smooth consistency.

  3. Add banana and mix together.

  4. Warm up pan over medium heat and grease pan with favorite oil/butter.

  5. Pour 5x5in (1/4 cup mix) circles onto hot pan. Evenly add blueberries to each pancake.

  6. Once the batter boils, flip it over and cook to desired doneness.

  7. Garnish with fresh banana slices and blueberries.


We like ours with some all natural maple syrup!


This is an easy way to elevate your breakfast game. Take advantage of the convenience of using Kodiak Cakes mix, and take it to the next level with the simple addition of some fresh fruit. You’ll notice that we add a little more mix to water than the box suggests, but that’s just the consistency that we found works best.
