Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes

There are very few things that beat perfectly mashed potatoes. Mashed potatoes are the ideal comfort food heading into holiday season, and this creamy garlic mashed potato recipe is the thanksgiving recipe that you need! It is easy to make, has just the right consistency, and will make a great addition to any table. We’re going to show you how to make our favorite garlic mash, the ingredients that go into it, and the steps on how to do it! 

Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Cook Time: 20 Minutes

Serves: 5

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 Small Red Potatoes

  • 2 TBSP of Butter

  • 1/2 Cup Half & Half 

  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan

  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder

  • Salt & Pepper To Taste

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and place potatoes in pot and boil till soft.

  2. Once soft, cut off potato skin as desired (does not have to be completely removed).

  3. Back in the warm pot, place skinned potatoes inside and mash with fork.

  4. Add in your butter, half & half, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to pot

  5. Whisk all of ingredients together until it is the consistency you prefer

  6. Serve and enjoy!
