Summer Cocktail Recipe

Makes 4 Glasses

Ingredients

1/2 Seedless Watermelon

  • 2 Cups Fresh Watermelon Juice (1/4 watermelon)

  • 8 Frozen Watermelon Balls

  • 4 Unfrozen Watermelon Balls

1 1/3 Cup Orange Juice (fresh squeezed or store bought)

4 TBSP Lime Juice

4 oz Vodka ( 8 TBSP)

Ice Cubes

4 Slices of Lime (thin circles)

Directions

  1. Make watermelon juice by cutting 1 quarter of a watermelon into chunks. Then place in a blender and blend for 20ish seconds until it turns into juice. Set 2 cups aside.

  2. Make 12 watermelon balls by using a 1/2 tbsp to scoop out balls from another 1/4 watermelon. Freeze 8 and keep 4 cold.

  3. In a small pitcher, combine the watermelon juice, lime juice, vodka and orange juice and stir together.

  4. To serve: Fill each glass halfway with ice and then 2 frozen watermelon balls. Pour in the cocktail mixture. Garnish with the lime slice flat on top like the picture above, and place one unfrozen watermelon ball on the rim.

Cheers!
