Watcharee Limanon, a native of Bangkok, is the founder of the Thai Culinary Arts Studio (www.thaiculinaryarts.com) in Yarmouth, Maine and creator of her own line of authentic and traditional Thai sauces (www.watcharee.com). While as an environmental lawyer Watcharee advised governments across Asia, her passion is Thai cooking and in 2013 she founded the Studio to open pathways for others to explore authentic Thai cuisine.
In addition to her explorations with Thai cuisine from street food to the finest restaurants, Watcharee developed and honed her culinary skills through professional training at such top cooking schools as the Oriental Professional Thai Chef Programme (Mandarin Oriental Hotel Bangkok) and Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School (Bangkok).
