About: Masala Mama makes all-natural simmer sauces with a fresh homemade taste that have no artificial ingredients or preservatives. We use premium ingredients and freshly ground spices and follow a traditional slow cooking process. The result: sauces that taste amazing and are quick and easy to use, going from kitchen to table in 20 minutes or less.

Company History: Masala Mama was founded by artist and chef Nidhi Jalan to make good Indian food accessible to everyone. Initially focusing on making spice kits (premeasured spice blends) for specific Indian dishes, she later developed all-natural sauces using those spice blends that made cooking very quick and easy, while retaining the delicious homemade taste of the food.
